All of our customized patches are manufactured in-house using the Mesh Background technique. The patch background will not have any wrinkles, giving it the best look and quality possible. Custom patches are fabricated in 5 layers: HEAT SEAL 5ml, Stabilizer, Poly Fabric, Mesh, Poly Thread.
